How did Mapubli implement 3D printing?
Mapubli customers demand personalized products, products with which to differentiate themselves and attract attention. In order to increase the variety of products and offer custom products, Mapubli introduced a desktop printer a few years ago.
Mapubli still have their desktop printer, but it limited them given the high production capacity they usually handle.
“Time is money and that desktop machine is slow compared to Dynamical 3D” assure from Mapubli.
- Increase productive capacity.
- Improve print volume and speed with respect to Mapubli current printers.
- Reduce the 3D printed cost per part compared to smaller printers.
- DYNAMICAL DT LITE large volume industrial printer.
- Printing with the TWIN mode, which allows you to print parts 2 by 2, doubling productivity.
- Large capacity and heated filament feeder (up to 4 spools of up to 5 Kg). This, together with the size of the print chamber (600 * 450 * 450 mm) allows to realize great volume prints.
What would you highlight about the experience of using a DT LITE?
Mapubli has extensive experience in 3D prototype printing, but since the acquisition of the Dynamical DT LITE industrial printer, they use this technology to produce final parts. The increased productivity thanks to the double head and the different printing modes (TWIN and DUAL) have allowed them to fulfill orders that previously they could not assume due to the execution times.
From Mapubli they recommend the use of our industrial 3D printers for an economic reason: The cost per piece with one of these printers is acceptable for a greater number of customers thanks to the larger size of the printing chamber, being able to produce more units or larger pieces volume in the same print cycle.
